Our website enables you, as a delivery customer, to request a pickup (if you choose to be an on-call customer).
Bellinghamnett.com includes many other great features offered to customers who choose to visit our store locations. Simply click “My Account” on our menu and follow the instructions given. As a customer, our website allows you to view your orders with us and also to check their status.
Our website enables us to keep our customers updated with the latest news involving our business. We post coupons available for you to print in the convenience of your own home.

An email will be sent to you to confirm your application. You will then be contacted by our Customer Service Manager to start your service.
No, there are no additional fees or minimum orders to use our service. We follow the same price list as used in our locations.
We offer a few different types of pickup and delivery services from Monday through Friday. We can visit you once a week, multiple times per week, or on an on-call basis. Your pickup and delivery days will be based on your area. Click here to see what days our driver is in your area. Turnaround time is usually two to three days for standard items. A 24 hour “Rush” service is available with a minimal surcharge. When we deliver your dry cleaning items, we will pick-up any new orders that you may have at that time. Alternate arrangements can be made in certain circumstances for pickups and deliveries outside of our regular schedule.
You have several options. You can speak directly with your route salesman or you can call us at 514-733-4444 to reschedule your pickup/delivery while on vacation. Bellingham Cleaners observes most national and provincial holidays and if the holiday falls on a weekday, we will pickup/deliver the next work day. Our drivers normally operate between 7:00 am and 2:00 pm Monday through Friday. Click here to see what approximate time our driver is in your area. Pickup/delivery times may fluctuate based on traffic conditions and the quantity of customers our drivers service on a particular day. Alternate arrangements can be made in certain circumstances for pickups and deliveries outside of our regular schedule.
If you cannot be at home or at your office to meet our driver you have many options. If you are in a condominium or apartment you can leave your cleaning with your doorman or security personnel. For customers who are serviced at the office you can leave your V.I.P. bag at the reception or with an executive assistant if necessary. At a single family home you can choose your designated delivery area if you are not home preferably a secure and weather-sheltered area. You can determine the area by consultation with our delivery driver.

We are a locally family owned business since 1940 and we perform all the services locally in your community. Our main plant is located at 2655 chemin Bates, Montreal. We are at the corner of avenue Wilderton parallel to rue Jean-Talon just across the train tracks. We are conveniently located across the street from the Canora AMT train station. We offer two types of payments for our pickup and delivery service. When you Sign up with us to become a customer, you can provide us with your credit card information. You can then choose whether you would like us to charge your credit card when each order is delivered or to send you a month end statement by email and charge your credit card automatically for the total amount of the statement. Your billing information will reside on secured server, and will only be used for future transactions with Bellingham Cleaners. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. We also accept payment by bank debit cards at our retail locations.
Bellingham uses a web-based SSL encryption and authentication service for all your transactions, to ensure your information is completely secure. We meet all PCI (Payment Card Industry) Data Security Standards. If at any time you would like to make to request a service, but do not want to provide your credit card information online, you may place an order without credit card information and a representative will contact you. Alternatively, you may always contact a customer service representative over the telephone.
Place a Special Care Form completely filled out in your blue drop-off bag. This form allows you to alert us of any garments requiring special care or an alteration or repair needed. We will gladly address this need when picking up your items.
Bellingham Cleaners utilizes a computer based garment identification system to avoid any misplaced or lost items. If an item is missing from your order, please contact Customer Service at 514-733-4444 or contact us through the website as soon as possible. If for some reason, we cannot locate your item, Bellingham Cleaners will offer a settlement based on the fair value (depreciated value) of that item as explained in the American National Standards Institute, Inc. “Fair Claims Guide for Consumer Textile Products” . Please note that our maximum liability for an item is limited to ten times the processing charge for that item.
If, in a rare instance, you find a damaged item in your order, please contact Customer Service at 514-733-4444 or contact us through the website as soon as possible. Upon receiving your damaged item, we will analyze your complaint and contact you within 5 business days to resolve the dispute. If we determine that we are responsible for the damage to your item, Bellingham Cleaners will offer a settlement based on the fair value (depreciated value) of that item as explained in theAmerican National Standards Institute, Inc. “Fair Claims Guide for Consumer Textile Products”. Please note that our maximum liability for an item is limited to ten times the processing charge for that item.
